Most of our furniture is in stock. Check the "Stock" line under each item description for a rough estimate of our stock.

Although an item may be listed as "in-stock", it may be currently unavailable due to high demand. We will notify you if an item you wish to order is out of stock after you have placed your order. You may also chat with us or call us to determine exact availablilty before placing an order.

If all the items you've ordered are in stock and ready to deliver, we'll contact you within 24 hours to schedule a delivery date. If not all of your items are in stock, we'll wait until everything is in our warehouse before contacting you about your delivery date unless you choose to have items delivered separately.

Our custom programs allow you to personalize a sofa, chair, cabinet and more. Once you've decided on the elements of your custom piece, it gets built. Because these items are carefully handcrafted to your specifications they take additional time. An approximate lead time is six weeks; for specific dates please call us at 888.538.3487.

Returns & Exchanges

You may return an item purchased through our website or catalog within 30 days of purchase for a refund less shipping charges for any furnishings that are damaged upon receipt or is not the item that was ordered.

A 20% restocking fee will apply if the return is for any other reason less any shipping fees.
