We hold all of our clients in the highest of esteem and ensure that the subs we use are truly vetted and tested before they ever begin their part in our process. Also, our proprietor, Donovan Lord, holds a Master of Architecture (M.Arch.) degree as well as a BFA in Interior Architecture and Design and has more than 15 years experience in home construction, building and design.
KEEPING YOU INFORMED
Our firm makes use of several online software programs to help manage our projects and give each client their own access to our project management, billing/invoicing, construction schedules, and budget and much more for each and every project. This ensures that you as our client are always kept in the loop and know what money is going out, to whom and what for, and the cause of any delays or even better, being ahead of schedule.
